While logged in as admin and hovering over certain blocks you'll often notice a small menu expand with these links "[edit] [export] [clone]" These are the custom blocks set up using the Views module

5. Commerce module shopping cart tutorials

a) Configuring Commerce module can be found on http://www.drupalcommerce.org/. There are various personal settings each user will set up or need according to their own unique store. More specifically, you can find more documentation here for th Commerce module setup and configuration here: http://www.drupalcommerce.org/administration

6. Other configurations of the Ecommerce Pro theme

a) Most other configurations within the Ecommerce Pro theme are basic Drupal configurations, such as adding a blog page, user management, permissions, and so on. All of these can be found through the top admin menu after logging in as the admin.

Note: The dummy content loaded in the profile installation gives customers a first-hand look at how products look and gives customers the ability to start with a populated store. So, just clicking "edit" on any product page while logged in as admin will allow you to view the category and other settings for each product so that you can get familiar with the settings that are configured.
