We do however, offer support via our forums which is moderated by our team of support representatives and other theme buyers who may also help with questions or issues. No support will be provided via email. Support also does not cover installation, customizations, research into specific issues, and/or administration of Drupal itself.
You are free to make any changes and/or modifications to our products to suit your needs. This includes all PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS files distributed with our products. Please note, that once you make changes to our products, it’s voids your product support since troubleshooting and debugging makes it very difficult due to the changes made by you to our products. You are still free to post your questions in the support forums as other customers may still be willing to assist you.
